My Approach
I am trained in integrative counselling and have a level 4 diploma. I am currently training in relationship level 5 diploma. I have trained in a number of different approaches and am skilled at matching or blending the right techniques to the specific needs of clients
About me
I have faced a number of challenging times throughout my varied and interesting life. I have been fortunate enough to have been able to overcome these with the help of counselling and now feel that I can pass similar help onto others facing issues in their lives

I have a number of different avenues for you to access the help that you need. I can provide Telephone appointments, Zoom online or face to face. I provide a free initial 20 minute conversation to assess your situation and to confirm whether I am the right counsellor for you
